History of Cymatherapy™
Mandara Cromwell is the CEO and founder of Cyma Technologies. She is responsible for bringing the work of British osteopath, Dr. Peter Guy Manners to the United States. She further developed his more than 40 years of research on specific healing frequencies, along with combining the new findings of scientists and researchers which has resulted in the advanced sound technology devices manufactured by her company today.
During the initial research, there were more than 700 sound commutations developed to identify the precise combinations of frequencies associated with healthy tissue and organ systems. Today, each commutation consists of five harmonic frequencies of audible sound known to support the body in normalizing imbalances and bringing the cells back to their natural state of resonance. This technique is formulated for each specific channel on the AMI Acoustic Meridian Intelligence set of devices which Ms. Cromwell has invented and developed.
Ms. Cromwell’s travels to the United Kingdom to study with Dr. Manners in 2001 initiated her journey to bring therapeutic sound to the United States. She coined the term Cymatherapy, in respect for Dr. Manners and his collaborative group of scientists and researchers, who had originally called their technique “cymatic therapy.”
In 2011, Ms. Cromwell released her own fully researched frequency combinations and patterning called the “Cyma Ten,” which were developed using her AMI Acoustic Meridian Intelligence concept.
